Extractor Cleaning
Most kitchens have an extractor hood above the hob, this maybe stainless steel , chimney type or cupboard fitted. They either re circulate back into the kitchen or vent outside. In both cases they have filters that collect the grease from the hob while cooking.
Over time these filters either need replacing or cleaning depending on the type. At Sparkle Oven we carry replacements, paper grease filters in preparation for any extractor clean. If the filters are metal than they are cleaned outside in our specially designed heated dip tank.
